Thai Chicken Wrap

Ingredients
  • Thai seasoning
  • Diced Chicken breast or Thigh
  • Mixed salad
  • 1 slice of red onion
  • 1 lime
  • I tortilla wrap
  • 4 tortilla chips (1 small handful)
  • Fresh coriander leaf
  • Mayonnaise
Method
  1. Toss diced Chicken in Thai seasoning until coated
  2. Cook the chicken and onion slice in air fryer for 8 minutes on 190c (check cooked through)  
  3. Mix a generous squeeze of mayonnaise with the lime zest and Juice
  4. Place mixed salad leaf, and chopped fresh coriander leaf on the tortilla wrap, with the lime mayonnaise, and add cooked chicken pieces.
  5. Crush the tortilla chips in your hand and sprinkle in to the wrap
  6. Add the cooked onion rings
  7. Fold the wrap and serve with extra lime mayonnaise dip.
