Ingredients
- Crispy Coating Seasoning
- Chicken thigh or breast meat diced or sliced
- Black pepper
Can sub chicken. This is very versatile and is perfect on pork, veal, sausage meat, fish, prawns, or vegetarian meat free proteins
Method
- Toss diced/sliced chicken in the seasoning until completely coated
- Add pepper (to taste) either to the mixture or after coating
- Place chicken in the air fryer and cook for 8-10 minutes on 200c (until the coating begins to brown)
- Plate and serve either as a main meal accompaniment with salad, chips etc., or serve as a snack with sweet chili dip, ketchup or mayonnaise
- Place the pitta in to the fry drawer for 1 minute (until expanded)
- Open the pitta (with care) – fill with cooked ingredients
- Roughly chop the fresh coriander leaf and garnish
- Top with minty mayonnaise and serve
