Lamb Kebabs

Ingredients
  • Meat seasoning
  • Trimmed diced lamb
  • 1 red pepper
  • ½ red onion
  • 3 mushrooms
  • ¼ courgette
  • Fresh coriander leaf
  • Mayonnaise
  • Mint sauce
  • Pitta bread
Method
  1. Toss diced lamb in red meat seasoning until lightly dusted
  2. Roughly chop the remaining vegetable ingredients
  3. Place all ingredients together in air fryer and cook for 8-10 minutes on 200c  
  4. Mix mint sauce with a generous squeeze of mayonnaise
  5. Place the pitta in to the fry drawer for 1 minute (until expanded)
  6. Open the pitta (with care) – fill with cooked ingredients
  7. Roughly chop the fresh coriander leaf and garnish
  8. Top with minty mayonnaise and serve
