Grilled Vegetables

Ingredients
  • Grilled Vegetable Seasoning
  • Leftover roast potatoes
  • Mushrooms
  • Onion
  • red pepper
  • Courgette
  • Vegetable oil
  • salt
Method
  1. Place roast potatoes and all the vegetables (roughly chopped) together in a bowl and sprinkle over a small amount of vegetable oil 
  2. Toss the ingredients in the oil until very finely coated
  3. Place the mixed ingredients in the air fryer and cook for 5 minutes on 200c
  4. Remove air fryer draw and evenly sprinkle a generous portion of Grilled Vegetable Seasoning, and cook for a further 3 minutes 
  5. Plate, season with salt (to taste) and serve either as a main meal accompaniment or as a snack.
